Experience:
• Arranging daily schedule for Managing Director & CEO.
• Receiving, sorting and dispatching daily mail.
• Monitoring of appointments/ meetings internally and with external organizations and liaise with all concerned as required.
• Screens all calls and correspondence and appraise of matters to appropriate party promptly and efficiently affecting the office.
• Organize and coordinate travel service management including visa documentation & processing, airlines, hotel accommodation etc.
• Draft correspondence, manage agendas and prepare materials for meetings
• Liaison and coordination with MD & CEO's direct reports.
• Liaison and coordination with Group officials.
• Coordinate with management team & other departments.
• Arranging support services for Managing Director & CEO.
• Undertake related filing, record keeping, documentation and office management.
• Maintained the filing system of required documents.
• Maintained a database of company's network of contacts in the Insurance, airlines, clients, banks and leasing companies.
• Making lists of different telephone Index.
• Responsible for all kind of payments including telephone, electricity, leasing bills and official bills of Managing Director & CEO.
• Take proactive steps in probable problem identification and prevention.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
• Other task if any assigned by the supervisor.
