Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Ed from recognised educational institute with minimum 2nd class in all academic examinations.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Design & develop materials aligning with government curriculum that will be implemented for BRAC Second Chance Education Project.
∎ Ensure the implementation of supportive supervision checklist on schools and maintain data.
∎ Facilitate the orientation training on new materials for related staff and teachers.
∎ Develop knowledge & life skill based contents related supplementary books /materials (Grade I-V).
∎ Develop grade wise checklist on supplementary materials (Grade I-V) of contemporary issues for supporting regular supervision by related staffs and effective implementation.
∎ Ensure the quality of programme by maintaining supervision checklist and reporting to concerned team.
∎ Collaboration and maintain liaison with NCTB, NAPE, DPE and Partner NGOs.
∎ Regular follow up & rigorous school visit to identify the improvement areas and ensure the quality of programme.
∎ Ready to take challenges in identifying the barriers and finding out the solution measures in implementing materials.
∎ Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programmes goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
∎ Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
∎ Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
