∎ Masters in Social Science from a reputed university
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Minimum Eight to Ten years working experience in design and delivery of training related project implementation as a Master Trainer.
∎ Must have experience and knowledge on capacity building of Local Government Institution (LGIs) Municipalities and Upazilla Health Complex (UHC) Staff
∎ Should have specific experience in design and delivery of training programs.
∎ Have to design and prepare training plan and curriculum
∎ Working experience with Government bodies/organizations at national or local level
∎ Should have strong communication skill with different stakeholders such as Government. Municipalities and Upazilla Health Complex (UHC) Staff at national & local level.
∎ Must have Training report writing capacity in Bangali & English.
∎ Interest to frequent field visit (Any where in Bangladesh).
Additional Requirements:
∎ First knowledge and experiences in operating Laptop & Projector machine and project related equipment’s
∎ Knowledge on Accounts & management Like i.e. Bill &Vouchers .
∎ Good interaction capacity will be preferred.
∎ Knowledge on BCC materials preparation.
∎ Knowledge on Computer Like i.e Internet MS office & Power point
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
