Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct training programmes in the fields of Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship Development, Business Development or relevant fields
∎ Facilitate the 5-day long training programmes to be held in different areas of the country
∎ Have 5 years’ working experience in the fields of fields of Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship Development, Business Development or relevant fields
∎ Field level experience in Business Administration, Marketing, Entrepreneurship Development and Business Development
∎ Extensive knowledge of instructional design theory and learning principles
∎ Proven experience in designing training events in a development sector, conducting training and module development, training methods, tools and techniques
∎ Proven ability to master the full training cycle and conduct day to day training and workshop
∎ Have good facilitation skill
∎ Have proficiency in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training plans, curricula, and methodology.
∎ Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools and techniques
∎ Working experience with Government bodies/NGOs at national or local level
∎ Sound decision making and organizational skills
∎ Familiarity with talent management and succession planning
∎ Ability to present complex information to a variety of audiences
∎ Jobs duration is 5 months after the joining
Additional Requirements:
∎ Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
∎ Sound decision making and organizational skills
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point Presentation and net browsing
∎ Able to drive motorcycle with valid driving license
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
