Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct training programmes in the fields of Horticulture, Agronomy, Postharvest Technology
∎ Facilitate the 8-day long training programmes to be held in different areas of the country
∎ Female will be priority
∎ Have 2 years’ working experience in Horticulture, Agronomy, Postharvest Technology, Plant protection and relevant fields
∎ Field level experience in Good Agricultural Practices and other appropriate technologies in agriculture
∎ Experience in designing training events in a development sector, conducting training and module development, training methods, tools and techniques
∎ Willingness to master the training cycle and conduct day to day training and workshop
∎ Have good facilitation skill
∎ Have proficiency in designing, developing, implementing, and evaluating training plans, curricula, and methodology.
∎ Familiarity modern training methods, tools and techniques with the use PowerPoint software
∎ Preference will be given having working experience with Government bodies/NGOs at national or local level
∎ Ability to deliver lectures to the rural entrepreneurs
∎ Jobs duration is 6 months after the joining
Additional Requirements:
∎ Good interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively
∎ Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and MS Power Point Presentation and IT skill.
∎ Practicing gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Microsoft Teams etc.
Salary: Tk. 30000 (Monthly)
