Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
∎ Meet and exceed assigned sales target by volume & revenue.
∎ Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships and new ways of reaching existing markets
∎ Create a strong new sales pipeline in every month
∎ Must have knowledge about local export-oriented market, RMG sector, agent, trading house, liaison office, footwear, ZDHC, testing, Inspection, audit and global retailer.
∎ Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
∎ Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients and Addressing customer's issues in a timely manner
∎ Equipping staff with the technical skills needed to enhance sales.
∎ Helping organizations obtain better brand recognition and financial growth.
∎ Maintaining a positive working environment for the employees.
∎ Assisting Manager in planning on effective sales strategies, Budget and Target.
∎ Collecting information from locally for global nomination.
∎ Achieving buyer nomination from locally.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Proven working experience in Marketing, Sales and business development with Communication and negotiation skills Inspired by challenges.
∎ Market knowledge and Resourceful, with outstanding research skills.
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication in English
∎ Neat, well-groomed appearance.
∎ Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behavior.
