8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
Strong understanding of both online and offline marketing channels.

Creative thinker with a results-oriented approach.
Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s financial products, including Deposits, Corporate Finance, SME Loans, Home Loans, Car Loans, and Personal Loans.
Plan annual and quarterly promotional campaigns in alignment with business goals.
Conduct market research to identify target audiences and competitive positioning.
Brand Development & Management
Create and maintain a strong brand identity for the organization in both online and offline channels.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.
Design and execute strategic branding initiatives to enhance market visibility.
Advertising & Promotion
Plan and manage promotional activities in newspapers, magazines, radio, television, and online platforms.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, media partners, and content creators to ensure impactful campaigns.
Optimize ad placements for maximum return on investment.
Digital & Social Media Marketing
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, SEO, and online ads.
Analyze online performance metrics and adjust strategies for better engagement and lead generation.
Event & Community Engagement
Organize and participate in trade fairs, community programs, and customer engagement events.
Build partnerships with local businesses and organizations for co-branding opportunities.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor, measure, and report the effectiveness of all marketing activities.
Provide regular updates to management with recommendations for improvements.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing campaigns with sales targets.
Guide junior marketing staff or vendors to ensure high-quality output.
