Job Responsibilities:
∎ Capable to manage product development, understand latest fashion trends and develop customer specific prerequisites,
∎ Ensure smooth communications with Clients and Factory Managements on day to day marketing activities and approvals based on set timelines,
∎ Closely work with concern team to manage the correct samples within time & quality as well as to coordinate & monitor quality of the bulk product through quality personnel,
∎ Work intensively with production & Planning Dept. to ensure and monitor production & deliveries of the product from order procurement until shipment,
∎ Set priorities, develop a work schedule, and monitor progress towards goals, details data and useful activities to complete the works within time frame,
∎ Co-ordination with all dept. to know the work procedures of company to respect on team work to achieve sales target,
∎ Accomplish marketing/sales cycle (File /Record keeping /Sampling /TNAs /QA file making /Production follow ups to ensure delivery/shipment follow-up etc.)
∎ Prepare costing sheets with all the necessary breakdowns for pre & post approvals,
∎ Provide periodical capacity report to the business on actual and potential rises and falls in current cost factors,
∎ Factory/Client sourcing with potential customers and Maintain Time & Action (T&A) plan,
∎ Understand ethical behavior and business practices to ensure own behavior and the behavior of others is consistent,
∎ Manage the sales & marketing targets and increase market coverage to fix sales & marketing plan on monthly and yearly basis,
∎ Visit factories/customers to build the business relation with client’s representatives through email, phone call or personal visit regularly to get market forecasts,
∎ Price negotiation with the factories/buying houses to confirm the order.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ more than 5 years on Marketing for Commercial Washing Factories and Know how knowledgeable on Wet & Dry Processing, Garments Washing/Dyeing & etc.
∎ Good Knowledge & Skill in MS Office and email
∎ Ability to effectively communicate and correspond with the concern department and external suppliers.
