Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Design and execute marketing plans to promote hospital services and specialties.
∎ Identify target audiences (e.g., patients, doctors, corporates) and tailor marketing efforts accordingly.
∎ Coordinate internal campaigns to promote new services or departments.
∎ Manage hospital’s online platforms: website, social media, Google listings, etc.
∎ Run digital ad campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media ads) to drive patient inquiries.
∎ Monitor online reviews and patient feedback, ensuring timely responses.
∎ Organize health camps, free screening drives, public seminars, and wellness workshops.
∎ Establish partnerships with schools, corporates, and community organizations.
∎ Represent the hospital at health fairs and conferences.
∎ Build and maintain relationships with general practitioners (GPs) and referral doctors.
∎ Coordinate with referring physicians to ensure communication and follow-up.
∎ Work on developing corporate tie-ups and insurance partnerships.
∎ Develop brochures, posters, banners, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
∎ Collaborate with doctors and departments to create patient education content.
∎ Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials.
∎ Analyze patient feedback, market trends, and competitor strategies.
∎ Provide insights to management for service improvement and positioning.
∎ Monitor local demographics and healthcare needs to guide marketing focus.
∎ Track inquiries, appointment bookings, and admissions generated through campaigns.

∎ Work with departments like OPD, Diagnostics, and Administration to promote services.
∎ Coordinate with the billing or call center teams for patient conversion follow-ups.
∎ Align marketing plans with hospital goals and clinical schedules.
