Sara Health Care, Sherpur, a modern hospital and diagnostic center, is looking for an experienced and responsible Billing Officer. The selected candidate will handle billing operations, ensure accurate patient charges, and maintain financial transparency in hospital services.
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and issue patient bills for hospital, diagnostic, and doctor chamber services.
Verify patient records, treatment, and diagnostic reports for accurate billing.
Collect payments (cash, card, mobile banking) and issue receipts.
Maintain daily collection reports and submit them to the Accounts Department.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and diagnostic staff for billing clarifications.
Handle patient inquiries regarding bills, payments, or discrepancies.
Ensure confidentiality of patient financial information.
Support management in auditing and reporting when required.
