Responsibilities & Context:
Job Context
Sara Hospital & Diagnostic is seeking dedicated and responsible Hospital Cleaners / Aya staff to ensure proper cleanliness, hygiene, and patient care support within hospital premises. The selected candidates will play an important role in maintaining a safe and healthy environment for patients, visitors, and staff.
Job responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness in hospital wards, cabins, toilets, and common areas.
Assist nurses and ward staff in handling patients, especially children, elderly, and disabled patients.
Support patients in daily needs such as moving, feeding, or washing (if required).
Ensure safe disposal of medical and non-medical waste as per hospital guidelines.
Deliver lab samples, reports, and medicines within hospital departments when instructed.
Maintain hygiene standards strictly to prevent infections.
Provide compassionate care to patients with honesty and discipline.
