• 3-5 years of experience working in a marketing/advertising agency (or similar environment)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, in Bangla and preferably basic English

• Good organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment, client facing when needed

• Familiarity with marketing tools, digital media, basic analytics is advantageous

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of relevant software is a bonus

• Creative thinker and proactive attitude

Role Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Marketing Officers who will represent our travel agency in different offices and organizations. The selected candidates will be responsible for promoting our company’s services, meeting potential clients, and generating new business opportunities. They must be skilled in communication, capable of building relationships, and confident in presenting our services to customers. This role requires field visits, client follow-ups, and achieving monthly marketing targets through effective communication and dedication.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit various offices and organizations to promote company services.

• Meet potential clients and explain available travel and recruitment services.

• Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.

• Collect client requirements and communicate them to the management team.

• Achieve monthly marketing and sales targets as assigned.

• Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.

• Prepare daily/weekly client visit reports and submit them to management.

• Coordinate with the office team for client follow-up and documentation.

• Support in organizing marketing campaigns or promotional events when needed.
