Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Bachelor degree.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Selection of the relevant vendor in local regional and national level who buy the product,
∎ Develop relationship with vender and other different stakeholder,
∎ Establish relationship with vendor, small cottage and beneficiaries,
∎ Assist beneficiaries to selection the appropriate design and product what have market demand,
∎ Make agreement with vendor and market committee
∎ Collect order of the product and ensure delivery of the product,
∎ Provide technical support to beneficiaries to produce quality product,
∎ Set up a display center in the small cottage and/or market,
∎ Facilitate to field visit to donor and another person/organization.
∎ Responsible for organize training for beneficiaries and staff
∎ Assist baseline survey team and help them to conduct baseline survey.
∎ Extend all cooperation to evaluators during internal and external evaluation,
∎ Monitoring the production of the beneficiaries,
∎ Support field visit of donor, journalist, visitor and another stakeholder,
∎ Responsible to prepare work plan, periodic progress report and assist to reporting of Program Officer,
∎ Assist to PO to preparation of progress report and communicate to donor agency,
∎ Responsible to prepare progress report, case study, event report,
∎ Responsible to present the project status in the monthly staff meeting.
∎ Maintain and preserve all documents like, reports, meeting minutes, photographs, press clipping and other similar documents related to the project.
∎ Assist to other staff to smooth operation of another project, if necessary,
Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years in mid-level management in NGO.
∎ Ensure appropriate maintenance of all equipment, computer, printer, camera and other fixed assets.
∎ Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
∎ Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
∎ Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
∎ Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
∎ Knowledge files management, transcription, and other administrative procedures.
∎ Ability to work on tight deadlines
∎ Male and females both can apply,
∎ Interested to travel in rural area.
∎ Excellent ability to work with a virtual cross-functional team.
∎ Good knowledge on computer operation including Office software and internet browsing,
Salary: Tk. 14500 (Monthly)
