We are a well-established and officially registered language center offering Korean, Japanese, and English language courses, including IELTS, to students preparing to study or work abroad. With a strong reputation for quality education and a growing demand for international language skills, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to lead our promotional strategies and student enrollment campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about education, skilled in digital marketing, and capable of building strong outreach and branding for our courses.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase student enrollment across all offered language courses.
- Plan, execute, and manage online campaigns on platforms like Facebook, YouTube, Google Ads, and other relevant media.
- Collaborate with the academic team to understand course highlights and promote them with clear messaging.
- Design and coordinate promotional materials including banners, social media posts, email newsletters, and brochures.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, student needs, and competitor activities.
- Build relationships with potential partners, educational consultants, and online influencers to boost course visibility.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize results.
- Lead and supervise the marketing team, ensuring task completion and meeting enrollment targets.
- Manage inquiries from potential students through phone, email, and social media and ensure high lead conversion.
- Maintain a strong brand presence and represent the language center at educational fairs, seminars, and events when needed.
