Job Context: BFC (Best Fried Chicken) seeks a dynamic Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness and sales growth within the fast food industry. This role involves developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, leading a collaborative marketing team, and analyzing market trends to identify opportunities. Moreover, the candidate will play a key role in formulating and executing comprehensive sales, having strong leadership skills, and proficiency in digital marketing tools.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales growth.
Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve set targets and objectives.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and oversee advertising and promotional campaigns across various media channels/ Locations.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts.
Manage budgets and allocate resources efficiently for maximum ROI.
Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Build strong relationships with the team.
To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship development.
Ability to maintain a good atmosphere in the office and with other marketing personnel to enhance the team-building spirit.
