Responsibilities & Context: (1) Look after day-to-day operations including full restaurant operations, discipline & compliance issues. (2) End-to-end hospitality management & develop service quality, food safety & hygiene factors. (3) Look after the Front of the House, Back of the House and other need basis functions. (4) Setup projected sales & budget and guide team to achieve the goals. (5) Overall marketing, local & corporate marketing & business development. (6) Develop Inventory Management System & manage COGS, P&L, petty cash, etc. (7) Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to run the BFC in an international standard and ensure Training and Administrative Activities. (8) Increase company net profit by reducing the cost & by increasing the efficiency of staffs. (9) Maintain all type of reports, check lists & schedules to maintain positive performance of BFC. (10) Look after the training, counseling, regular learning & development issues to improve standard. (11) Integrating all the areas of business i.e. admin, operations, marketing, finance, human resource, supply chain, IT, R & D, etc. with the purpose of meeting business objectives and also ensuring compliance with the regulatory authorities. (12) Follow-up Daily, Weekly, Monthly Projected Sales vs. Actual Sales and the GP of individual store. (13) Ensure proper maintenance of kitchen and non-kitchen equipment’s / items of the outlets. (14) Look after the security issues of the assigned outlet (s). (15) Look after customers complains of the assigned outlet (s). (16) Closely monitor the market practice & trends and suggest Management accordingly where applicable. (17) End to end Home delivery related issues. (18) Any other job assigned by the management.
