Position Overview:

The Marketing & Investment Coordinator will focus on contacting potential investors, presenting Royal Glory Residenceʼs investment opportunities, and encouraging them to invest. The role requires confidence, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trusted investor relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential investors through phone calls, social media, and networking

  • Present Regent Associate Ltd.ʼs investment opportunities to potential investors using existing promotional materials

  • Maintain regular follow-up and communication with prospective and existing investors

  • Organise and coordinate investor meetings and presentations

  • Respond promptly to investor inquiries and provide accurate information

  • Build and maintain strong investor relationships to encourage long-term commitment

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly investment targets
