∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Need Direct buyers (not through buying house) - Preferably Tubular T Shirt factory with 30000 pcs per day
∎ Orders obtained need to have minimum CM standard levels
∎ Factory with Partial Compliance (SEDEX)
∎ Coordination with Factory team and Buyers
∎ Supply chain is monitored order wise and ensure no gap in production lines
∎ Ensuring the on-time shipment with buyer`s desired quality and without short quantity

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring T & A given to the Buyer adhered
∎ Coordination within factory for consistent production
∎ Developing Knitting and Dyeing factories to ensure smooth production
∎ Regular interaction with Buyers for Order status and ensuring implementation of commitments given to buyer
∎ Getting New Direct Buyers into factory (After considering Constraints like Partial Compliance, Space, line machine set up constraints). Each buyer will be allocated factory capacity of 20-25% maximum. Production Capacity : 30000 pcs per day
∎ Ensure Profitable orders are operated in the factory
∎ Obtaining export Orders to undertake sub-contracting for 10000 pcs per day
∎ Ensuring actual Order cost to be within the Buyer costing

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary:
∎ Negotiable
∎ As per Industry Standards
