- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bengali.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.

The Role:
We are seeking result-oriented and proactive Sales Executives to join our new Bangladesh office. In this role, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, primarily responsible for independently driving new market development. You will be entrusted with the full sales cycle, from prospecting to payment collection, for your assigned clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independent Market Development: Proactively identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients in markets through various channels (online research, trade shows, networking, etc.).
- End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Autonomously manage the entire sales process, including client communication, negotiation, sample coordination, and quotation.
- Order & Production Follow-up: Serve as the primary liaison between the client and our production/merchandising teams, ensuring timely and accurate order execution.
- Payment Tracking & Management: Take full ownership of the financial aspect of your orders, including invoicing and systematic follow-up on payments to ensure healthy cash flow.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
