Job Context:
∎ i-Global Services is looking for a confident & outgoing "Marketing Executive (Field)" with an excellent communication skill, a positive attitude, persuasion techniques, and the ability to work towards sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction. This is a target based job where the employee must meet the number of target clients set by the company.
∎ Job Location: Mirpur-10, Dhaka
∎ Full-time (11 pm to 7 pm)
∎ Workplace Field (student dense areas like university and college campus premises)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain an attractive and engaging booth in front of college and university campuses.
∎ Proactively approach students and initiate conversations to promote our free mock IELTS test.
∎ Explain the benefits of taking the test, answer questions, and address concerns.
∎ Use persuasive language and techniques to encourage students to provide their name and phone number to register for the mock test.
∎ Maintain accurate records of student details
∎ Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to ensure the success of the campaign.
∎ Must meet targets set by the company for the number of students they persuade to take the free tests.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Females are encouraged to apply.
∎ The applicants must live in Mirpur.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a confident and outgoing personality.
∎ Possess persuasive ability
∎ Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends for extra benefits.
∎ Has some knowledge about the IELTS exam.
Salary: Negotiable
