• Strong knowledge of global education systems and student visa procedures (especially UK, Cyprus, Malaysia, Australia, Europe, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of international education systems and visa procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, empathetic approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
• Communicate with clients face-to-face or over the phone regarding their application step.
• Must be confident appearing on camera (for promotional videos, live sessions, etc.).
• Social Media Proficiency: Familiar with digital marketing trends and tools.
• Event Participation: Have to participate in or organize student fairs, open days, or educational events.

i-Global Services Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Student Counselor and Student Counselor to guide prospective students through the process of choosing and applying for educational programs abroad. The ideal candidates will have in-depth knowledge of international education systems (UK, Cyprus, Malaysia, Australia, Europe, etc.), excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet or exceed recruitment targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate and comprehensive counselling to students regarding study options, course selection, university applications, and visa processes.

• Handle complex or high-value student cases and maintain follow-ups until enrollment.

• Stay up to date with admission criteria, scholarships, and application deadlines across various countries and institutions.

• Review and proofread student applications, SOPs, and supporting documents.

• Attend and represent the organization in education fairs, seminars, and institutional meetings.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, universities, and internal teams.

• Maintain accurate records of counselling sessions, application progress, and student feedback• Achieve monthly/quarterly targets related to student recruitment and enrollments.
