Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum of a bachelor degree or equivalent in Marketing or related fields
∎ Minimum 3-4 years' experience as Brand Executive in a reputable organization
∎ Experience in non-profit sector will be given preference

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 4 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing and executing marketing campaigns based on project activities and vision
∎ Conducting research and analyzing data to identify and define audiences
∎ Writing and proofreading creative copy (especially in Bangla)
∎ Utilizing organization's Website as the nucleus for digital marketing of the organization
∎ Organizing events and project exhibition
∎ Establishing social media presence for the organization
∎ Coordinating internal marketing efforts with agency to deliver timely output
∎ Monitoring Social media performance
∎ Developing partnerships with other organizations
∎ Respond and collaborate with other departments
∎ Any other task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Proficient in verbal and written communication in English
∎ Effective multi-tasking capability in a fast-paced and challenging environment -we mean it!
∎ Pro-active and responsive in completing deliverables
∎ Ability to create marketing planning presentation decks using standard presentation software
∎ Ability to integrate storytelling in the marketing planning process

Salary: Tk. 25000 (Monthly)
