Lead Academy is a rapidly growing edtech platform dedicated to providing innovative learning solutions and career-focused programs in Bangladesh. We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, social media management, marketing strategy, and campaign execution. Prior experience in the edtech industry will be considered an added advantage. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong communication skills to drive brand visibility, engagement, and student acquisition.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute content strategies to promote Lead Academy’s products and services.
  • Create engaging and persuasive content for social media, blogs, ads, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
  • Manage and grow Lead Academy’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  • Prepare and maintain a monthly marketing and social media calendar aligned with organizational goals.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce attractive visuals, videos, and campaign assets.
  • Plan, launch, and monitor digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
  • Track, analyze, and prepare reports on campaign performance, social media insights, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all platforms.
  • Stay updated with digital marketing trends, social media algorithms, and competitor activities to keep Lead Academy ahead in the market.
  • Contribute creative ideas for improving brand positioning, student engagement, and online growth.
