Additional Requirements:
  • Age 20 to 30 years
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing major preferred).
  • Minimum 1 year of telesales experience (2 years preferred).
  • Prior customer support experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Bangla and English (spoken & written).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-focused, and proactive.

Position Overview

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven Telesales Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our online courses over the phone, generating leads from social media and databases, and building strong customer relationships to meet sales goals.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell courses via inbound and outbound calls.
  • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Maintain and update customer data in our CRM/database.
  • Handle inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
  • Perform cross-selling and upselling where applicable.
  • Stay updated on our products, market trends, and competitor activity.
