As part of our fast-paced creative team, you'll design graphics that support online learning experiences, marketing campaigns, and social media content that reaches audiences around the globe.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Design compelling visuals with video editing and photo manipulation for digital courses, marketing campaigns, social media, ads, and more
Create branding elements and assets that align with Lead Academy’s visual identity
Collaborate closely with the video, marketing, and content teams to bring ideas to life
Adapt and optimize designs across platforms (website, mobile, social)
Keep up with the latest design trends to keep our visuals fresh and engaging
Contribute creatively to campaign ideation and brand storytelling
Maintain and organize a library of design assets and templates
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience as a graphic designer (portfolio required)
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Excellent eye for typography, color, layout, and branding consistency
Ability to translate concepts into visually impactful designs
Creativity with strong attention to detail
Comfortable working under tight deadlines and juggling multiple projects
Experience with ed-tech or e-learning visuals is highly preferred
