Salary: Tk. 15000 - 25000 (Monthly)

Experience:

• 2 to 6 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Advertising Agency, Design/Printing/Publishing, Direct Selling/Marketing Service Company, Online Streaming Startup

• Bachelor/Honors
• Higher Secondary
• Diploma
• National University students will get preference

🔹 Minimum Qualifications & Responsibilities

* 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in any discipline preferred

* 💼 Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Graphic Design & Video Editing

* 💻 Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop & Adobe Illustrator

* 🎬 Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects or equivalent editing software

* 📱 Experience creating social media graphics, Reels, promotional videos & digital content

* 🎨 Strong understanding of typography, composition, branding & visual aesthetics

* 🎥 Ability to create and edit engaging short-form videos and promotional content

* 📲 Basic understanding of social media content & page management

* 🗣️ Good communication skills in both Bengali & English through social media and other communication channels

* ✂️ Add transitions, captions, effects, motion graphics, sound & basic colour correction to videos

* 📱 Manage and maintain MAX Education’s social media pages

* 📢 Plan and publish engaging content across Facebook, Instagram & other relevant platforms

* 🎯 Generate, manage & follow up on potential leads

* 📊 Monitor social media engagement and support digital marketing activities

* 🏷️ Maintain consistency with MAX Education’s branding and visual identity

* 🤝 Work closely with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns

💰 Salary & Benefits

✓ Salary: Negotiable (Based on skills & experience)

✓ Salary Structure: Basic Salary + Performance-Based Bonus

🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

📅 Working Days: 6 Days/Week
