Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration degree with major in Marketing. No prior experience required.
∎ Skills Required: Graphics Design, PPC Marketing, Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Management
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns along with branding strategies for the organization and its clients.
∎ Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities and to identify emerging risks.
∎ Monitor and track the performance of marketing campaigns and prepare reports on key metrics including the effectiveness of the campaigns.
∎ Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and product development to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with business objectives
∎ Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and share knowledge with the team
∎ Help manage the company's social media accounts and develop engaging content for various platforms.
∎ Create and design marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements and digital marketing materials such as social media posts.
∎ Create and manage pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns to achieve company goals for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
∎ Improve website's search engine ranking and visibility by executing on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 28 years
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bangla & English.
∎ Extensive knowledge of traditional and digital marketing channels, strategies and branding.
∎ Extensive knowledge of marketing plan, market research, marketing analytics and reporting tools.
∎ Proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office & Google Workspace.
∎ Introductory knowledge of designing software such as adobe creative suite & Canva.
∎ Introductory knowledge of proper social media management, eg Meta Business Suite.
∎ Introductory knowledge of various search engine optimization tools in order to optimize our website's technical configuration, content relevance and link popularity.
∎ Introductory knowledge of pay-per-click (PPC) marketing in order to achieve goals for lead generation, brand awareness, and conversions.
∎ Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
∎ Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
∎ Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
∎ Passion for marketing and willingness to learn and grow within the role
Salary: Negotiable
