Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science & Engineering
∎ • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
∎ • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with expertise in JavaScript and Python.
∎ • Familiarity with frontend frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) and backend frameworks (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
∎ • Strong understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL).
∎ • Proficiency in using version control systems, especially Git.
∎ • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
∎ • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Frontend Development:
∎ • Develop responsive, user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js).
∎ • Ensure seamless integration of frontend elements with server-side logic.
∎ • Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement visually appealing and intuitive features.
∎ 2. Backend Development:
∎ • Design, implement, and maintain server-side applications using Python.
∎ • Develop APIs for smooth communication between frontend and backend systems.
∎ • Manage databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.
∎ 3. Full Stack Development:
∎ • Integrate frontend and backend components to create a cohesive, efficient application.
∎ • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire application stack.
∎ • Optimize application performance for scalability.
∎ 4. Code Versioning and Collaboration:
∎ • Use version control systems (e.g., Git) to manage codebase efficiently.
∎ • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, other developers, and stakeholders.
∎ 5. Testing and Quality Assurance:
∎ • Conduct thorough testing of applications to identify and fix bugs.
∎ • Implement automated testing procedures to ensure code reliability.
∎ • Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
∎ 6. Continuous Learning and Skill Enhancement:
∎ • Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development.
∎ • Attend workshops, training, and conferences to enhance skills.
∎ 7. Documentation:
∎ • Maintain detailed documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
∎ • Create user guides and technical documentation for internal and external use.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 24 years
Salary: Tk. 15000 - 20000 (Monthly)
