Requirements:

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ 5+ years of experience in a senior cyber security role.
∎ Proven experience in managing a Security Operations Center.
∎ Proven experience in vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and incident response.
∎ Strong understanding of network security concepts, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and security information and event management (SIEM) solutions.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Industry-recognized security certification will be preferred (e.g., OSCP, CISSP, CISA, CEH, etc.).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Be part of a highly motivated team of SOC analysts, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
∎ Develop and implement SOC policies, procedures, and best practices.
∎ Analyze security alerts and incidents, prioritizing and escalating threats as needed.
∎ Oversee the investigation and remediation of security incidents, adhering to established protocols.
∎ Manage and maintain SOC technology infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
∎ Continuously improve SOC processes and procedures, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness.
∎ Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing engagements.
∎ Design, implement, and manage advanced security controls and architectures.
∎ Analyze security incidents and implement effective incident response strategies.
∎ Stay up-to-date on the latest cyber security threats and trends.
∎ Provide technical guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders.
∎ Develop and maintain documentation for security policies and procedures.
