Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Elicit and analyze customer requirements utilizing appropriate UML techniques
∎ Develop and maintain key documents and artifacts, including Business Case, BRS, SRS, Epics, User Stories, Functional and Non-functional Specifications, Business Process Modeling and Notations (BPMN), and Wireframes
∎ Assist in defining the product vision, goals, and roadmap in collaboration with product managers
∎ Analyze industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to identify market needs and opportunities.
∎ Ability to maintain and prioritize Product Backlog Items to ensure alignment with business objectives
∎ Serve as a bridge between clients, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives through effective cross-functional collaboration
∎ Handle changes in requirements by assessing their impact and ensuring smooth implementation
∎ Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and ensure all issues are resolved
∎ Demonstrate software products to potential customers, highlighting features and functionality
∎ Provide end-user training to ensure effective adoption of the software.
∎ 4–5 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in software development or software product management.
∎ Strong skills in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation.
∎ Proficiency in creating Business Case, BRS, SRS, Epics, User Stories, and other requirement artifacts.
∎ Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.
∎ Strong communication and collaboration skills for effective liaison between business and technical teams.
∎ Experience in demonstrating software products to stakeholders.
∎ Knowledge of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes.
∎ Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bizagi Modeler, Figma, Balsamiq or similar tools.
