∎ Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. IT Support and Operations:
∎ a. Provide first-level IT support for hardware, software, and network issues to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
∎ b. Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot office IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and other systems.
∎ 2. Data Management and Reporting:
∎ a. Manage, maintain, and update company databases, ensuring data accuracy and security.
∎ b. Collaborate with other departments to automate reporting systems and create dashboards.
∎ 3. Management Support to the CEO (Ad-hoc Basis):
∎ a. Manage the CEO’s daily schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
∎ b. Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and correspondence for the CEO.
∎ c. Handle confidential communication and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
∎ d. Ensure follow-ups and reminders for tasks and deadlines assigned by the CEO.
