∎ Team building capacity
∎ Written and oral communications skills in English and Bengali
∎ Computer literacy, including the ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
∎ Respect on gender, PSEA, Safeguarding, code of conduct and cultural diversity
∎ Committed on response in any humanitarian emergency if necessary
∎ Able to drive a motorbike with valid motorbike driving license
∎ Able to operate virtual platform like Skype/Zoom/Team etc.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Introduce climate smart agricultural technologies and nutrition sensitive agriculture at farmers level under the Aggregation Center (AC)
∎ Agricultural technical support, on-farm technology extension. Integration with resilient agricultural practices at the community level under the AC.
∎ Implementation support on climate smart agriculture production through establishing demo plots, nursery and lead farmer at the AC level
∎ Develop guideline on Climate Smart Agricultural practices, different tools and formats on climate smart agriculture production
∎ Develop Detailed Operational Plan to execute climate smart agriculture
∎ Analyze IGAs, value chain and others business oriented activities to Climate Smart Agricultural demonstration and others.
∎ Facilitate and ensure to develop AC wise agricultural demonstration plot and connect with union nursery plots, lead farmers and their production
∎ Assist to ACMC members to establish adaptive different climate smart agricultural model practices
∎ Necessary data collection and reporting.
