MBA or a Master's degree in Market Research, Business Analytics, or a related discipline is preferred.
Professional certifications in market research, data analytics, or business intelligence are advantageous.
Minimum 7 years of experience in market intelligence, business analytics, market research, or strategic planning.
Prior exposure to working within a FMCG, real estate, conglomerate, or multi-sector corporate environment
Advanced proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Data Studio)
Familiarity with CRM analytics, survey platforms, and social listening tools.
Basic knowledge of SQL or data querying is advantageous.
Proficiency in MS PowerPoint for executive-level presentation design
Analytical rigor and ability to synthesize complex, multi-source data into clear strategic insight.
Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal communication skills.

The Market Intelligence and Performance Manager is responsible for establishing and leading ACI PLC's market intelligence function within the Demand Generation Team, gathering, analyzing, and translating internal and external market data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and business performance. The role is also responsible for designing and managing a structured performance measurement framework that tracks the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives, enabling evidence-based planning and continuous improvement across ACI's commercial functions.
What You Will Do
Build and manage ACI's market intelligence system, including data sources, analysis, and reporting
Set up structured tracking for competitors, consumers, trends, and regulations
Turn data into clear, actionable insights for strategic decisions
Work with internal teams to identify intelligence needs and support planning Engage with industry bodies, research firms, and government sources for insights
Share findings through workshops, briefings, and leadership advisory
Track competitor activities, pricing, and market positioning
Monitor economic trends and policy changes impacting business
Deliver regular intelligence reports and dashboards for leadership
Design KPIs, OKRs, and dashboards to track performance and ROI
Monitor pipeline, campaigns, and conversion metrics
Run surveys and research to understand customer behavior and demand, and satisfaction metrics
Conduct regular market visits to track competitor activity and gather real-time insights.
Support segmentation, personas, and demand forecasting
Convert data into clear reports, dashboards, and presentations
Standardize reporting and maintain a central knowledge base
