Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA /Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Follow-up the process & procedures of old and new buyers.
∎ Coordinate customer visits and deploys resources accordingly.
∎ Ensure all products / new orders are developed to meet targets while ensuring that appropriate product quality is maintained and shipped on time according to buyers' requirements.
∎ Prepare and review the merchandising plans on a periodic basis to ensure company profitability is maximized and maintained to reach and exceed given targets.
∎ To deal with the buyer independently for all the merchandising activities including price quoting, negotiation and sourcing
∎ Candidate must keep and have close contact with various factories, accessories suppliers, fabric suppliers for any kind of need at any moment for pricing and others for buyers.
∎ Supervise liaising with other departments within the organization to ensure shipments are completed properly.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Head of Department and Management.

∎ Should have proven leadership & communication skills
∎ Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented
