WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE:

The incumbent will oversee the overall JTI Bangladesh business performance and operations and provides strategic leadership to all functions. The Managing Director will be accountable for developing and implementing strategic plans maintaining an open collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and charting a path for growth through both established and innovative channels. The Managing Director role is to drive maximum profitability within the country contributing to the overall JTI strategic roadmap.

WHAT WILL YOU DO - RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead business operations and strategic planning to reach key revenue milestones and profitability
• Creating and implementing strategies for business growth
• Help build a collaborative environment where Factory, leaf and Market work in synergy
• Engage the full organization towards the strategic goals while driving JTI Bangladesh cultural change journey.
• Maintain a positive and trust-based relationship with business partners, stakeholders and authorities.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:

• University degree completion from reputed overseas institution
• Certification/coursework on Leadership and Sales force growth/performance
• Minimum 15 years of relevant work experience in tobacco or FMCG sector.
• Possess credible international & local and/or regional leadership experience with sound cross-cultural exposure
