Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters/MBA (Finance & Banking/ Accounting/ Marketing/ Economics) from any reputed University with good academic results.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The Prime objective of the Managing Director & CEO:
∎ To run the organization smoothly along with procuring fresh business from the Corporate, Multinational clients as well as the SME market and individual clients against a set yearly target.

Additional Requirements:
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following areas:
∎ Fresh Business Acquisition, Credit Administration, Credit Risk Analysis, Business Product Development, SME, Recovery, Branch Management, Market Development (Leasing) for any special product. Specialized Leasing Operational (Monitoring/ Collection) and must have knowledge about Anti Money Laundering Rules, Bangladesh Bank Rules/Circulars and all other relevant laws.
∎ The applicants should have a minimum of 20 years of experience at different levels in Banking/ Leasing, Non-Banking Financial Institutions or other organizations in the financial sector. Out of these 20 years, at least 5 years of experience as a Branch Manager in any Bank or Non-Banking Financial Institution (NBFI). - Minimum 2 years of experience in any Bank or NBFI as AMD/DMD.
∎ The Existing Managing Director of any Bank or NBFI will be given preference.
