Experience:
Lead and manage the marketing & merchandising team.
Develop new businesses with international buyers and retain existing clients.
Plan and execute seasonal product development with design, costing, and sampling.
Ensure pricing, negotiation, and order confirmation from buyers.
Monitor order status from development to shipment, ensuring deadlines and quality.
Coordinate with production, planning, procurement & quality teams for smooth execution.
Analyze market trends, buyer feedback, and competitor activity for strategic direction.
Able to participate in exhibitions, buyer meetings, and virtual sourcing fairs.
Provide monthly sales forecasts and performance reports to management.
Of course target oriented and capable to achieve the target.
Experience both in Woven, Knit & Heavy Knit.
