Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on finishing management Garments.
∎ The finishing manager is mid-level position and will be held responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company`s overall finishing function.
∎ Job Location – Job location will be Head Office and Factory Office- Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ We are a 100% export oriented Knit Garments Manufacturer, looking for dynamic and highly professional persons for the post of "Finishing Manager". The incumbent must be energetic & possess an enthusiastic personality with self-driven competency for taking challenges
∎ Able to follow up shipment plan and achieve set packing targets, quick balancing finishing lines as and when required, and analyzing individual worker performance.
∎ Monitor and control quality system.
∎ Improve the knowledge and skill of the team.
∎ Demonstration of buyer standard setting on the Iron Table /Folding etc.
∎ Must be following up day to day target work.
∎ Should have to perform other Finishing related duties and responsibilities.
∎ Monitor the finishing related process in order to meet on time shipment.
∎ Coordinate with team & buyer representative for on time inspections.
∎ Verify line layout of individual style and adjustment through balancing skilled manpower Ensure to start the Finishing production as per monthly production plan in time.
∎ Ensure the manpower setup as per lay out.
∎ Ensure the daily style wise target achievement.
∎ To meet the shipment dates.
∎ Maintain Daily output finishing & packing, record.
∎ Finishing operation control & ability to handle the inspections with external buying office audits.
∎ Have the ability to manage his team in finishing & packing with good results.
∎ Strong production leadership with problems solving skills.
∎ Should technically be qualified & capable of monitoring day to day activities.
∎ Analyze the product and prepare for line feeding to get the right quality first time
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 years of experience in a large reputed garments factory
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Garments Finishing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): RMG
∎ Candidate must have to computer knowledge.
