Job Context:
∎ We are looking for the right talent for this position who has expertise on Finishing & Quality Management Dyeing. The Manager- Finishing is Mid-level position and will be held responsible and accountable for the smooth running of company`s overall Production quality & Finishing function.
∎ Job Location: Job location will be Head Office and Factory Office- Bhaluka, Mymensingh.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure daily dyeing & finishing programs based on sales budget & delivery schedule.
∎ Ensure production per machine per day
∎ Day to day production monitoring in dyeing finishing.
∎ Select & set Finishing recipe discussing with Dyeing GM.
∎ On time finishing & delivery of all styles & samples as well.
∎ Should be expert on special finishing process & all type of fabric finishing process.
∎ Responsible for dyeing & finishing RFT & must report to GM dyeing.
∎ Optimum utilization of Man, Machine & Material
∎ Analyze production data, production volume & coordination in material management.
∎ Analytical skills on finishing & quality issue. Communicating with concern department to get fabric approval.
∎ Ensure daily production report to GM as per target& follow up of schedule machine maintenance.
∎ Must know the technical way to minimize fabric finishing cost & process loss.
∎ Monitor that the fabric inspection is going on a systematic way following international way.
Additional Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 years of experience in a large reputed Textile factory.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Dyeing Finishing.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Dyeing Factory/Textile Industries.
∎ Candidate must have to computer knowledge.
