• At least 12-15 years’ experience of the 100% Export Quality Knit Dyeing Composite Industries in Production and Utility Machineries Maintenance & Troubleshooting works.

• PLC, RSC and others compliance related works

We are seeking a compatible Manager (Electrical) who will work for our Knit Garment factory, J.M. Fabrics Limited at Rajendrapur, Gazipur and who meets the following Criteria:

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall Electrical Supervision of Knitting, Dyeing, Utility & Garment section
• Plan and execute preventive and corrective maintenance of all machineries and electrical equipment.
• Diagnoses and resolve electrical faults in machines, control panels and power systems promptly to minimize downtime
• Oversee electrical systems of key machinery such as dyeing machines, stenters, dryers, Compactors, compressors, boilers, chillers etc.
• Ensure all machinery is properly grounded and electrically safe
• Monitor and control energy consumption to ensure cost efficiency.
• Coordinate with utility providers for power supply and maintenance
• Plan, design, and supervise new electrical installations or factory expansion projects.
• Upgrade existing electrical systems to improve efficiency and safety
• Supervise and guide electrical engineers, foreman and technicians
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, local regulations, and fire safety regulations.
• Execute the automation and control systems of the modern textile machineries.
