∎ Graduate in any discipline from any UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 5 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor day-to-day CRM operations, loan processing, and approval process in line with Bangladesh Bank and BRAC Bank policies;
∎ Ensure coordination between CRM, Business, and Operations Team;
∎ Assist and supervise direct reports on loan processing;
∎ Ensure standard turnaround time (TAT) of CRM loan processing;
∎ Perform loan processing and approval tasks as per DLA;
∎ Conduct comprehensive visits to customers' end to determine creditworthiness;
∎ Conduct portfolio monitoring and offsite supervision as per business needs;
∎ Share knowledge/train Local CRM and business team;
∎ Provide daily and monthly reports to seniors, MIS team (also in Head Office MIS Team);
∎ Monitor repayments of the loan portfolio that relate to analyst and approver;
∎ Share exceptional examples and business cases to CRM and business to create awareness;
∎ Effectively manage both external and internal stakeholders;
∎ Take initiatives to simplify the loan process and increase efficiency;
∎ Prepare strategic business goals considering the local business landscape.

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 5 - 7 years of work experience in SME lending;
∎ Demonstrated ability to apply complex analysis to support real-time business decisions;
∎ Good communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence peers positively;
∎ Good at problem-solving and managing stakeholder issues;
∎ Be customer-centric, self-propelled, confident, able to work under pressure, and a good team player.
