Job Responsibilities:
∎ Key Roles and Responsibilities (Key Accountabilities):
∎ Daily Functions:
∎ Responsible for organizing, monitoring and managing all quality assurance-related activities.
∎ Review quality audit failures with respective QC Managers for action plan.
∎ Coordinate with the concern department if any special requirement from the customer.
∎ Assign appropriate personnel according to audit schedule.
∎ Follow up the audit result in all concern areas.
∎ Update audit schedule against shipment plan.
∎ Monthly Functions:
∎ Reviewing audit summary report and define the action plan with all concern department.
∎ Assess and validate standard and ensuring these are met.
∎ Summarize the audit schedule.
∎ Review QA manpower status.
∎ Update & follow-up QA training schedule and evaluate for next improvement.
∎ Other Regular Functions:
∎ Technical audit follow up for QMS implementation result.
∎ Attend customer meetings and training.
∎ To evaluate the quality standard during in process to ensure it confirms the requirements.
∎ Evaluate customer’s sample (fit, measurement and workmanship) before sending approval.
∎ Attending internal and external audit functions.
∎ Yearly Functions:
∎ Set quality goals and targets.
∎ Review Head Count Budget.
∎ Annual Performance Appraisal.
∎ Prepare the training calendar for different job levels.
∎ Special Assignment:
∎ Motivate all team members to achieve the goal provided by organization.
∎ Improve and develop the team through skill matrix.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The Candidate should have minimum 10-12 yrs. of experience in the quality Department in a Lingerie/Knit Garment Factories.
∎ Should have thorough knowledge in carrying out Quality Audit following different AQL sampling levels.
∎ Capable of understanding of sample comments – workmanship, measurement and fit.
∎ Decision making capability
∎ AQL level to follow In Line =1.5, Measurement =6.5, Pre AQL= 1.0, Pre –Final= 1.5 and Final=2.5.
∎ Should have proven leadership skills
∎ Candidate should be able to establish quality parameters in all segment of the department.
∎ He should have sound hands on knowledge to ensure quality on each manufacturing process of garments i.e. from cutting to packing.
∎ Lingerie background will be given preference.
