Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Skills Required: 10 to 15 years in a knit composite factory.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 12 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
2 to 3 years experience in same position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To ensure entire activities of store/warehouse such as safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch.
∎ To ensure all receive and Distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ To supervise the daily receiving, issuing documents of order booking and requirements including Day-to-Day Stores Function as per the SOP
∎ To ensure proper store compliance regarding goods inbound & out bound, warehouse management, safety and security within the store area
∎ To prepare daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly spare parts received and issued report /Finish goods report/Wastage report.
∎ To check & supervise the daily fabrics receiving & issuing to the batch with all other documents related with materials movement and report to the management.
∎ To ensure using of Bin Card in every item of grey fabric assigned work in connection with store and maintain required MIS.
∎ To monitor and maintain all required records, register, ledger & MIS reports of the store as well as inventory bin cards.
∎ To make sure the inventory control is properly done.
∎ To prepare monthly stock report and send it to the concern department
∎ To prepare and establish store policy & SOP and review within particular time period.
∎ To maintain inventory of store by using Modern Inventory Management Software.
∎ To ensure all receive and Distribution of Store materials are properly documented and released.
∎ To ensure daily/weekly stock report.
∎ To receive materials from local/foreign suppliers and any other sources as per LC/purchase approval document in JIT (Just in Time).
∎ To contact with Commercial department & Transport dept for Export delivery.
∎ To ensure authorized sign on all MRR, Gate pass & Challan.
∎ To prepare indent of any required material after verifying and communicating with department.
∎ To ensure all accessories supply to the factory according to requisition.
∎ To ensure maintain all store area safety and hygienic.
∎ To maintain Swatch Card/ Trims Card, Stock Register all Imported Machinery Spare Parts & Equipment’s.
∎ Any other responsibility assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 42 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent team player, independent, positive attitude and result oriented.
∎ Enthusiastic to learn and honesty is must.
∎ Strong reporting skills
∎ Excellent communication in both written and speaking in English
∎ Willing to stay beside factory
∎ Must have experience in Store/Warehouse Management in a large knit composite Factory.
Salary: Negotiable
