• Bachelor degree in any discipline

• Bachelor Degree in any discipline. Candidates having MBA or any relevant SCM degree will get preference.

• At least 10 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Manufacturing (FMCG), Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Toiletries, Healthcare/Lifestyle product

• Age At most 45 years

• At least 10 years of experience (3 years as Manager).

• Skills: Communication, Negotiation, Data Analysis, Relationship Management, ERP System.

• Assist management in formulating, reviewing or updating procurement strategies, policies and practices.

• Support and ensure uninterrupted flow of required right quality goods, works and services with maintaining value for money.

• Plan, develop, organize, direct, manage and implement supply chains that support business strategies adapted to changing market conditions, new business opportunities, and cost reduction strategies.

• Prepare annual procurement plan in collaboration with relevant functional Heads and proactively take measures to ensure economies of scales by proactively engaging personnel. 

• Develop analytics, systems and data management capabilities to make rational decision by the higher management.

• Establish key performance indicators, monitor and supervise ongoing performance and improve performance against set goals.

• Identify and develop reliable sources and find alternative sources of supply for commodities, raw materials etc. and ensure right price and appropriate commercial terms. Evaluate suppliers to improve the category of supply and improve their capabilities.

• Ensure enlistment of right vendors considering quality, service and cost effectiveness. 

• Take collaborative approach with internal stakeholders as well as external stakeholders for maintaining an optimal product and raw material level in the supply chain.

• Review all indents checked by Procurement Officers/Executives before approving for issuance of Task Orders/ Purchase Orders and participate in procurement related negotiations.
