∎ Age at least 30 years
∎ Proven track record of 7-12 years of successful export sales experience in the battery industry
∎ Deep understanding of international markets, trade regulations, and export procedures for batteries
∎ Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and partners from diverse cultural backgrounds
∎ Experience working with lithium-ion batteries, or other advanced energy storage solutions
∎ Deep knowledge of battery technologies and energy storage solution
∎ Familiar with current Bangladesh Bepza/bonded warehouse duty/tariff exempt policy
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are currently seeking an experienced Export Sales Manager/Senior Manager to join our dynamic team and drive our battery sales in international markets. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in export sales, with a strong understanding of international markets, regulations, and distribution channels. As an Export Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to expand our global battery market share, build lasting relationships with international clients, and achieve revenue targets. This role demands a deep understanding of battery technologies, strong business acumen, and a proven track record in export sales within the battery industry. If you possess excellent communication skills, a passion for business development, and extensive experience in the export industry, we encourage you to apply.Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand our battery sales globally Studying the battery market in the target country or countries (Vietnam, Indonesia, Dubai, Thailand) etc Identify and target potential international customers, distributors, and partners of battery to expand the company's presence globally Monitor and analyze international market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities and adapt strategies accordingly Identifying new markets for battery exports and developing new business accounts Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure seamless execution of export orders and shipments Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, export regulations, and documentation for international shipments Attend international trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's products and services Lead negotiations, prepare quotations, and finalize sales contracts in compliance with international trade regulations and company policies Meeting with clients here or overseas Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports Managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents
