∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Training & Development
∎ Update all Org charts of Head Office, Factory and Retail Outlets and Restaurants and get them approved by the Management.
∎ Update all job descriptions annually or when there is a change in the job.
∎ Collect all necessary information about HR forecast, skill requirements and assist the HOHR to develop a comprehensive annual workforce plan.
∎ Assist the HOHR to lay down a comprehensive resourcing process and ensure 100% compliance with the process.
∎ Ensure all hiring requisitions are consistent with annual workforce plan and has necessary approval of the management
∎ Coordinate with concerned function/location and coordinate proper on-boarding/induction training for the new recruits.
∎ Identify and assess the training needs of the organization through understanding the business needs, job analysis, career path, results of the employee engagement survey, annual performance appraisal reports, individual development plan and consultation with the managers and employees
∎ Keep aware of technological advancement within the industry, introduction of new skills or knowledge, and other industry trends that may impact the organization’s overall training needs by doing regular informal studies and attending relevant meetings, conferences, and seminars
∎ Prepare annual training calendar (based on TNA), get budget approved by the management for the calendar year & share it to relevant stakeholders before December of the previous year
∎ Evaluate individual and organizational performance to ensure training is meeting business needs and improving performance
∎ Consult the leadership team to understand future business needs and design a robust Management Trainee (MT) program and roll out the program to hire and develop high quality young talents
∎ Ensure annual performance objectives are deployed to all employees by their respective Manager
∎ Oversee the execution of the periodic and annual Performance Appraisal (PA) process as per the Company Policy
∎ Advice the Head of HR on performance related issues so that performance is truly reflected in individual’s promotion, compensation & benefits to drive the right behaviors to instill a performance oriented culture throughout the organization
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Knowledge on Strategic HR, job analysis, workforce planning, talent acquisition, learning & development, organization Development, Bangladesh Labor Act 2006 & Labor Rules 2015, diversity & Inclusion, orgchart development, performance management, ADDIE model, Blooms Taxonomy, Kirkpatrick’s model of training evaluation
