Additional Requirements:
∎ 5 to 8 years of experience in the field of Vat & Tax management in any manufacturing setup.

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Supervise routine VAT and Income Tax related activities of the team and ensure proper regulatory compliance
∎ Conduct proactive VAT and Income Tax planning by evaluating how to best position assets and conduct transactions in order to minimize the amount of Income Tax liabilities of the company and appraise the management accordingly.
∎ Supervise the accounting process related to VAT & taxes and provide financial analysis of accounting entries, including Legal and Management reporting
∎ Prepare annual income tax return (with all supporting vouchers) in coordination with the external auditors and lawyers and submit the return to the relevant income tax circle within due time.
∎ Attend different VAT & Income tax hearing presided by relevant authorities and submit all necessary documents.
∎ Coordinate with Income Tax Lawyer and support in the subsequent process of appeal against VAT and Income Tax appeal with Relevant regulatory authorities and/or court.
∎ Prepare the consolidated annual accounts of the company with all necessary supporting vouchers and other expense related documents.
∎ Coordinate with the management to assign the external auditor for the annual audit and support the auditors to conduct the audit.
∎ Review the Accounts based on the auditors’ report and prepare the final audited accounts and submit to management for approval.
∎ Oversee company’s banking activities which includes managing deposit verification, using online banking systems, maintaining bank statements, analyzing bank fees and implementing banking-related changes as needed.
∎ Submit annual return to RJSC with shareholders’ updates and other relevant documents.
∎ Conduct all processes related to the change in the paid-up capital with RJSC.
∎ Conduct all necessary formalities related to transfer of shares among shareholder
∎ Job Context: The role is Responsible for the overall VAT, Income Tax, Treasury Management and Credit Management of the Company.
∎ Key Responsibilities:
