Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish section wise production plan
∎ Prepare daily quality-wise raw jute requirements and receive reports
∎ Develop the production target and ensure the achievement of the target
∎ Evaluate daily production report
∎ Monitor the norms to achieve the quality product as per instruction of the management
∎ Organize the training programs for the officer and worker on machine operation, compliance issues, safety & quality production
∎ Ensure section-wise machine cleaning & housekeeping
∎ Ensure reduction of wastage and spare parts damages
∎ Maintain inter-department relationships to achieve the target
∎ Evaluate consumable materials safety stock if required then send SPR for the following process
∎ Assist senior production officer in executing & evaluate staff performance, new recruitment, promotion, disciplinary matters, & training needs
∎ Manage urgent and critical situations and provide decisions or reports to the higher authority
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 45 years
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
∎ Good analytical skills and people management skills
∎ Good organizational skills and attention to detail
∎ Applicants should have professional work experience in Jute Industry
