∎ Bachelor's degree from a UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;

Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Submit quarterly reports to Bangladesh Bank and other DFIs as and when required;
∎ Adequate knowledge of different refinancing schemes offered by the central bank and ensure the dissemination of the knowledge to end users;
∎ Assist in processing refinance from Bangladesh Bank/External Funding agencies;
∎ Liaise among business and risk management on green and sustainable finance opportunities;
∎ Assist with due diligence as per ESRM guidelines and credit policy;
∎ Review and update internal policies and guidelines in line with the circulars from the central bank;
∎ Attend, participate, and represent BRAC Bank in training sessions, dialogues, seminars, and conferences related to green and sustainable initiatives;
∎ Assist team in arranging different training sessions on green and sustainable finance for internal/external stakeholders;
∎ Visit customers related to green and sustainable finance.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 1-5 years of relevant experience in a relevant field;
∎ Demonstrated ability to apply complex analysis to support the real-time business decision;
∎ Should be proactive in problem-solving and stakeholder issue handling;
∎ Good communication and interpersonal skills;
∎ Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence peers;
∎ Be customer-centric, a team player, and self-propelled.
