∎ Age 30 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the full merchandising cycle for knit garments orders, including sampling, costing, order confirmation, production tracking, and final shipment.
∎ Also have sufficient marketing/buyer for the knit garments.
∎ Act as the primary point of contact for international buyers; ensure clear communication regarding product development, approvals, changes, and delivery schedules.
∎ Work closely with design and development teams to create samples as per buyer requirements; prepare cost sheets and negotiate prices.
∎ Liaise with production, planning, cutting, sewing, finishing, and packing departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of orders.
∎ Coordinate with QA/QC teams to ensure quality standards are met at all production stages; proactively solve any issues that arise.
∎ Collaborate with sourcing and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of trims, accessories, and fabrics.
